Plan benefits of Patriot Multitrip insurance

• Hospital room and board	Average semi-private room rate, including nursing services
  Intensive care unit	Up to maximum limit.
  Hospital indemnity	$100 per overnight inpatient hospitalization, maximum limit of 10 overnights. Not subject to deductible.
  Eligible medical expenses	Up to the maximum limit

• Emergency local ambulance	Up to the maximum limit
  Hospital emergency room	Outside the U.S: Up to the maximum limit
  Interfacility ambulance transfer	Company pays 100% (transfer from one licensed health care facility to another licensed health care facility resulting in an inpatient hospital admission)
  Emergency Room Accident	Up to the maximum limit

• Dental - Sudden dental emergency	up to $100
  Dental Treatment	Dental injury due to an accident: up to the maximum limit

• Emergency medical evacuation	Through age 65 maximum limit: Up to the period of coverage limit Ages 66 to 75 maximum limit: $50,000 Not subject to deductible
  Emergency reunion	Up to $50,000 for a max of 15 days
  Return of mortal remains or cremation/burial	$50,000 maximum limit
